Looking for a genuine, kid safe, and endlessly lovable pony?
Bobby is the kindest pony on my yard. He has an amazing attitude and quite possibly the sweetest temperament you’ll ever find. He is truly safe as houses – the sort you can trust completely with nervous riders, beginners, and kids.
He’s willing, polite, and an absolute pleasure to handle in every way.
What Bobby has been up to previously:
- Hacking alone or in company – I have led a young pony off him, and he’s the best teacher. Absolutely bomb proof, has had tractors pass right next to him on small lanes etc, extremely sane and sensible in open spaces.
- Jumping — the type you can simply point and go. He’s incredibly honest and has never refused.
- All Pony Club activities
- Mounted Games — he has done PC Games and Musketeers previously, and has proven he’d make an amazing U12s pony. He stands very still for stirruping, i’m teaching him to trot for vault and he does so kindly. Is careful and unphased with equipment. So light in the mouth I’ve ridden him bitless multiple times. Stands like a rock for handovers.
He has some brilliant lines and has done some showing in his last home and placed well. Bob is an absolute gem to lead he’s got impeccable ground manners.
He’s had multiple younger jockeys who have thoroughly enjoyed riding him.
Bobby is up to date with vaccinations, physio farrier and dentist.
Incredibly easy to load, stands like a statue for the physio, farrier – is currently bare foot as he’s so sure footed, dentist, bathing, and clipping.
He does not get upset when left alone in the field, tied on the yard or when stabled alone.
Ridden viewings and vettings welcome.
