Dartans Atom Man, known as Dexter, is a 12-year-old 153cm chestnut gelding with an exceptional record in both Show Hunter Pony (SHP) and Working Hunter Pony (WHP) classes.
He combines perfect conformation, outstanding movement, and a kind, easy temperament that makes him suitable for riders stepping up to top-level competition.
Dexter has an impressive list of achievements, including winning the 153cm SHP at the 2025 Royal Dublin Horse Show, placing third at HOYS 2023 in the 153cm WHP, and qualifying for HOYS for the past three consecutive years.
He has also been Supreme Working Hunter Pony at the Northern Ireland Festival twice, Champion HOYS WHP at the Northern Ireland Festival 2025, and Reserve Supreme at both the IPS Spring Championships and Tattersalls.
He is beautifully schooled, balanced, and straightforward, capable of looking after even the most nervous or inexperienced jockey.
