Tommy is a fun, forward-thinking ride who thrives in regular, varied work. He hacks confidently both alone and in company—forward-going but not spooky, and very good in traffic, including around farm machinery.

He passed a full 5-stage vetting in February 2025 with no issues.

In the school, Tommy works well in an outline with a soft mouth and a balanced, responsive way of going. He enjoys jumping and is an honest, willing horse who has competed confidently at 80–90cm. He has seen cross-country fences and shows no hesitation.

A keen hunter, Tommy steps up a gear out on the field and will jump everything asked of him.

He has participated in a wide range of activities including:

Tommy is easy to handle in every way. He is polite on the ground, good to catch, turn out, and bring in. He is excellent with the farrier, and good to clip, shoe, bath, and tack up.

He loads and travels well—alone or in company—and stands quietly tied to the box at shows. Travels happily in either a trailer or lorry.

He is up to date with all vaccinations, dental, farrier, and back checks. No lumps, bumps, sarcoids, or known issues. Clean legs and in excellent health.

Tommy is a lovely, genuine character who enjoys attention and is a pleasure to have around.

Suitable for a confident rider—no novices, as he is a forward and responsive type.
