Splash is a smart, straightforward 10-year-old 16.2hh chestnut Irish Sports Horse gelding with a kind temperament and excellent rideability. He’s a fantastic option for an amateur, teenager, or anyone looking for a genuine allrounder to enjoy across multiple disciplines.

Experience & Ability

• Competed unaffiliated showjumping, with some affiliated outings
• Confidently jumps courses around 1m, with scope to go higher
• Cross country schooled with a teenager – bold, genuine, and uncomplicated
• Takes everything in his stride and always tries his best

Flatwork

• Works correctly on the flat with three good paces and a balanced, rhythmical canter
• Always ridden in a snaffle, including when jumping
• Responsive, trainable and comfortable to ride, making him suitable for low-level dressage or riding club tests

Temperament

• Hacks alone or in company, sensible in open spaces and traffic
• Very easy to handle – good to load, travel, shoe, clip, catch, and turn in/out
• Kind nature with no vices, enjoys attention and being fussed over
